Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEND.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Work closely with classroom teachers to adapt learning materials.
* Promote independence and self-confidence in students.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
* Understanding of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
