What We're Looking For:
- A kind, patient, and adaptable individual who genuinely cares about making a difference in the lives of young people.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a passion for working with children with special educational needs is essential.
- Someone who's not afraid to think on their feet and adjust their approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate children in a way - A team player who thrives in a supportive environment, collaborating to achieve the best outcomes for students.
- Relevant qualifications (such as in education, childcare, or SEN) are desirable but not essential. We're more interested in your attitude and commitment!
