Are you an experienced Learning Mentor looking to specialize in SEND?
Aspire People is looking for motivated SEND Learning Mentors to work in schools across Stoke. In this role, you will provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEND.
* Develop mentoring relationships to build confidence and resilience.
* Work closely with teachers to plan interventions and track progress.
* Address behavioral, social, and emotional issues that may impact learning.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Learning Mentor or in a similar role.
* Understanding of SEND and the challenges faced by students with learning difficulties.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
