Aspire People are seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated SENCO for a 'Good School' on a permanent basis ideally from January 2022 (if not Easter 2022) (full time). The school it's renowned as a great school to work in with vibrant and friendly staff with good SLT support and expectations for the right candidate.Having strong relationships with schools in Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire for over 6 years, I can assure you that this school will be very quick to settle into and enable you to deliver your passion for teaching in the classroom. With a good SLT and structure, the school enables staff and pupils to thrive and enjoy building strong relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational and highly motivated professional to play a key part in the leadership of a Special Educational Needs department. The successful candidate will Lead the department, supporting and promoting an inclusive culture throughout the school, enabling all students to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and experienced SEN Teacher with experience as a successful classroom practitioner who wishes to develop their career as a member of the extended Leadership Team.
