SEN Teaching Assistant- person requirements
* Psychology or core subject graduate with a 2.1 or above
* Able to support students with challenging behaviour
* Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable (autism)
* Strong academic background
* Confident and motivated
* Desire to progress onto teacher training or Educational Psychology
