Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting children with special educational needs to help them enjoy and succeed in their learning.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons that are tailored to each child's needs.
Working with small groups or one-to-one to boost confidence and participation.
Collaborating with other staff members to create the best possible learning environment.
Encouraging independence, self-expression, and social skills while making the classroom a fun and positive place to be!
We're Looking For:
Someone with experience working with children (SEN experience is great but not essential!).
A caring, patient individual who knows how to bring out the best in children.
Someone who's energetic, approachable, and loves a good challenge.
A team player who's excited to contribute ideas and work alongside other staff to create a thriving classroom environment.
