Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Nuneaton
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to primary-aged students with special educational needs.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
Work with individual students or small groups to encourage participation and progress.
Collaborate with other teaching staff and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans.
Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and emotional well-being.
We're Looking For:
Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN or classroom setting (but not essential).
A patient and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in supporting children's development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for helping children with diverse learning needs reach their full potential.
