Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Coventry
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting secondary-aged students with special educational needs to thrive in their studies.
Assisting the class teacher to adapt lessons and activities for students with diverse learning needs.
Providing one-to-one or small group support, helping students stay engaged and motivated.
Working closely with the SENCO and other staff to develop personalised learning plans.
Creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident and ready to take on new challenges.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (SEN experience is a plus, but not essential).
A caring and patient person with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping students succeed.
Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
A team player who enjoys collaborating with staff to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
