Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) with SEN experience?Looking for work to be flexible to your lifestyle and local?
Aspire People are looking for SEN trained Teaching Assistants (TAS) with experience looking for day to day supply, full/part time, short/long term contracts and permanent work.
Aspire People have strong partnerships with a SEN schools across Leicestershire including Loughborough, and we are looking to recruit experienced SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) that are enthusiastic, passionate about education and wanting to make a difference.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants that are happy to work in a classroom to assistant the teacher, 121 support or interventions groups with EYFS/KS1/KS2 students.
The successful Teaching Assistant must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, creative, forth coming, hands on and hard working. They must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environments.
We work with a wide range of schools ranging from mainstream, SEN, academies and independent schools.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- CACHE Level 3
- BA Education Studies
- NCFE
- Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education Early Years Educator
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Advanced,
- Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Special Educational Needs (RQF)
- Autism Awareness
- Autism Awareness - Advanced
- Team Teach
