SEN Teaching Assistant - Monmouthshire (LRB for pupils with ASD)Are you a caring, enthusiastic individual with experience supporting children? Do you want to make a real difference to the education and lives of pupils?

A welcoming primary school just north of Newport is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting pupils in their Learning Resource Base (LRB) for children with ASD. In a recent inspection, the school was praised as "...pupils enjoy school and have positive attitudes to learning"
Your role will include:
Supporting class teachers in daily lessons
Working 1:1 with pupils as needed
Supporting small groups of pupils
Fully participating in school life and activities
Ideal candidates will have:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) qualification
Experience working with pupils with ASD
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
