Job description
Are you an experienced Learning Support Mentor? Do you have experience working with children with need extra support?I'm recruiting for a LSM in Leicester, to work within a school that accommodates for pupils who have additional needs.
The perfect candidate will have working experience or life experience to be able to guide and coach the children in to making better choices when it comes to their behaviour. You will be working as part of a fantastic and supportive team.
Within this job role you will:
-Be comfortable mentoring children with moderate and severe behavioural needs
-Have experience working with SEN
-Be comfortable working with individuals who suffer with their mental health
-Be able to reinforce boundaries whilst praising good behaviour
