Job description
Are you a qualified teaching assistant looking for a 1-1 position working with SEN children. Are you looking for a rewarding role that gives you job satisfaction?I am recruiting for a role in Castle Bromwich working 1-1 with a Year 4 child with potential ASD and behavioural issues. The child has had a challenging homelife and is looking for stable school environment where she can learn and grow. The suitable Teaching Assistant ideally with have a special educational needs background and experience of working with children who struggle to build relationships. The particular child can become frustrated as she struggles to communicate with others and this role requires a calm and patient person.
This role will be starting from after Easter half term and will be on going, 5 days a week.

Candidates will be required to have the following:
*NVQ Level 3
*A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary setting
*Knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculums
*Good oral, written and numeracy skills
*The ability to enthuse and inspire children
*A commitment to improving outcomes for all children
*The ability to work as part of a team
*Willingness to go that extra mile
