Pay: £95-£100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time

Aspire People are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive school in Hinckley who are looking to recruit a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
This is a full-time position, perfect for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and making a positive difference in the classroom every day.
The Role:
You'll be working closely with pupils who need additional support, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential. You'll also collaborate with teaching staff to implement tailored support strategies in and out of the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a UK school setting (essential)
Background working with children with SEN
A valid DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain one
A caring, adaptable, and proactive attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
