Are you an experienced and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher looking for a rewarding role that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEMH and ASD? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated SEN Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive team in Coventry from January 2026.

We are looking for a teacher who can help students overcome barriers to learning and support them in reaching their academic and personal goals.
What We Are Looking For:
A qualified and experienced SEN teacher, preferably with expertise in working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Passionate about inclusive education and dedicated to creating personalized learning experiences for students with diverse needs.
Strong knowledge of strategies to support students with SEMH and ASD, including tailored behaviour management techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals, parents, and carers to support each student's development.
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to working with children who may require additional support.

What You'll Do:
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for primary and secondary-aged students with SEMH and ASD.
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to create and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Provide a safe, structured environment where students can thrive and develop their social and emotional skills.
Be a positive role model for students, offering guidance and encouragement to build their confidence and resilience.
