Position Overview:
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing tailored educational plans for students with diverse learning needs. You will collaborate closely with other educators, support staff, and families to deliver high-quality teaching, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
* Use creative and innovative teaching strategies to engage and support students with diverse
learning styles and abilities.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom
environment.
* Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet evolving needs.
* Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress
and addressing concerns when necessary.
* Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in SEN
education
