SEN Teacher - January StartLocation: Solihull, West Midlands
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

Aspire People are a leading education recruitment agency, and we are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and vibrant school in Solihull, starting in January 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.
Creating and implementing tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
Differentiating lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students in your care.
Collaborating with teaching assistants, support staff, and SENCOs to provide the best possible learning environment for students.
Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Working closely with external agencies and professionals to support students' development.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children, ideally in a SEN setting.
Passion for working with students with special educational needs and a strong commitment to their academic and personal development.
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
Excellent communication skills, both with students and other professionals.
A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practices in SEN education.
