Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN allowance (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Specialized Instruction:
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEN students, utilizing frameworks such as the Equals and ASDAN curricula.
Individualized Learning Plans: Design and implement targeted, achievable learning goals based on thorough assessment and multi-disciplinary insights.
Behavioural and Emotional Support: Establish and foster a positive learning environment, using tailored behaviour management techniques to encourage social, emotional, and academic growth.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
Curriculum Development: Contribute to curriculum planning and resource management, supporting the broader SEN strategy of the school.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SEN experience.
A thorough understanding of SEN teaching strategies, differentiation, and assessment methodologies.
Proven track record in managing SEN needs in the classroom, with a compassionate and flexible approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
