Pay Rate: £162 - £232 per day (depending on experience)
Aspire People is recruiting a passionate and dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join a dynamic school team starting in January 2026. If you're looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with additional needs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Role:
Deliver tailored, high-quality lessons to students with Special Educational Needs
Create and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs) to support students' progress
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive
Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Strong communication and organizational skills
A passion for supporting students with additional needs to reach their full potential
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with a variety of learning styles
