Position: SEN Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Location: Cardiff
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Maternity Leave Cover (Full-Time)

The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Primary aged pupils, ensuring that they receive the tailored, engaging, and high-quality education they deserve. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher to join a warm and welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Working closely with teaching assistants, specialists, and other staff to support the development of each child.
Monitoring and assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure holistic support for each child.
About You:
You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (NQTs are welcome to apply).
Experience in teaching Primary aged pupils, particularly with SEN students, would be an advantage.
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
A strong commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
