Qualified Teacher - Balsall HeathAspire People
Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and resilient Qualified Teacher to join a specialist provision in the Balsall Heath area. This is a full‑time, long‑term position, starting as soon as possible, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The Role
You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEMH challenges. The role requires a teacher who can build trust, manage behaviour confidently and create a safe, engaging learning environment. Flexibility, patience and a calm approach are essential.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience working with SEMH pupils or within specialist settings
Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills
Ability to remain calm, consistent and compassionate
A proactive, resilient and supportive approach
Availability for full‑time, long‑term work starting immediately
