Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work closely with parents, guardians, and other professionals to support student development.
* Assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
* Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
* Experience working with students with special educational needs.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
