SEN Teacher - Specialist Schools (Primary & Secondary)📍 Shrewsbury, Shropshire
🗓 Start date: After February Half Term

We are working to support specialist schools across Shrewsbury to recruit confident, qualified SEN Teachers to join their teams on a long-term basis. We are seeking innovative, highly motivated and inspirational teachers to work within Primary or Secondary specialist provisions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join exceptional, supportive teams of highly skilled Teachers, Teaching Assistants and support staff who work collaboratively to deliver a highly personalised curriculum for children and young people with complex needs.
The Role
The main purpose of your role is to deliver exciting, engaging and high-quality teaching that meets the individual needs of each pupil. You will:
- Plan and deliver an appropriate, personalised curriculum
- Work closely with parents/carers, colleagues and external professionals
- Support pupils communication, independence and wellbeing
Who We're Looking For
We particularly encourage applications from teachers with experience in Complex SEND within specialist or mainstream settings
Essential / Desired Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- QTS or QTLS (or a desire to attain QTS)
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply
