Job description
Josh of Aspire People is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) who can provide close care and supervision for two children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in reception classes.One of the children will require personal care, including nappy changes.
The role will commence ASAP for a lovely school in Small Heath, B11.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Support children with ASD in a small, focused classroom setting.
* Respond independently to the children's needs while ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Work alongside a wonderful class teacher who will always be available for guidance and support.
* Experience with ASD/ASC is ideal.
* Experience in a reception setting would be highly beneficial.
