Job description
Aspire People are looking for 1-2-1 SEN/SEND Teaching Assistant to deal with different SEND needs. The roles will be working either on a 1-1 basis ,or in small groups .I am currently recruiting for SEN schools and Primary schools in Central Birmingham and surrounding areas. These roles can be for 1 term or longer term with many going permanent.
As a 1-2-1 SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working with a child and building a relationship with them. You will be a source of support for students and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged.
