Job description
Are you qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a background in Special educational needs either in mainstream or SEN schools.I am working with a 2 form entry school in Solihull who are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with 2 statemented children in Reception and Nursery. This role will entail working 1-1 in the morning with a Reception child who is currently waiting for a place within a special needs school. This particular child is below national level and the required teaching assistant needs to ensure the child is on task and not a distraction to others. The nursery child in the afternoon is easily distracted and needs a pair of hands to keep on task.
The position is commencing from October 2020 and is ongoing.
Candidates will be required to have the following:
-Experience in Key Stage 1
-NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education
-Calm and caring approach
