Assisting students with their individual learning plans and activities.
Providing one-on-one support in the classroom or in specialized learning environments.
Collaborating with teachers and parents to develop and implement personalized learning strategies.
Creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for students to learn and grow.
Monitoring and recording progress to ensure each student's development.
Experience working with children or individuals with special educational needs is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Relevant certifications or training in special education or related fields are a plus.
