QTS SEN Teacher - SolihullAspire People
Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join a specialist provision in the Solihull area. This is a full‑time, long‑term role, starting as soon as possible, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.

The Role
You will plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND. The school is looking for a teacher who can adapt their approach, build strong relationships and create a safe, engaging learning environment. Collaboration with support staff and external professionals is an important part of the role.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience working within SEN or specialist settings
Strong understanding of SEND strategies and differentiated teaching
Confident behaviour management skills
A patient, resilient and compassionate approach
Availability for full‑time, long‑term work starting immediately
