Exciting Opportunity for a Qualified SEN Teacher - Primary SEN School - Starting January 2026!Company: Aspire People

Pay Rate: £162 - £232 per day (depending on experience)
Aspire People is seeking a Qualified SEN Teacher to join a wonderful Primary SEN School starting in January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environment where your skills will directly contribute to the development and success of children with Special Educational Needs.
The Role:
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and more
Work closely with the SENCO and other team members to create tailored learning strategies and support individual learning needs
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and progress
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed
Support the emotional and social development of students in a nurturing setting
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
Expertise in adapting lessons for students with varying needs and abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals
A patient, empathetic approach with a passion for helping children succeed in a SEN environment
Ability to work collaboratively with the broader school community to support students' individual growth
