Job description
SEN Learning SupportSupporting students across primary and secondary schools based in the Coventry area
I am currently recruiting for learning support assistant to cater to a wide range of SEN needs across both primary and secondary schools in the Coventry area.
I work with a variety of schools in Coventry that request one to one support work for students who require additional support during their school day. These roles vary from general cover, part time and full time roles throughout the year and can last from 1 day up to a years contract. We also cater to schools permanent recruitment.
I have previously recruited a lot of candidates who have a care, support work or social care background who want to venture more into the education system and have a passion for dedicating support to children who may need emotional support, personal care, wheelchair support, educational support and we want our members of staff to be passionate, caring and dedicated to providing a great experience for the child's day to day school experience.
The ideal candidate for this role would have :
- A level 2 or above in teaching assistant, SEN or health and social care
- if no official qualifications, we would like someone with a minimum of 6months experience in a similar role or skill sets that match what we are looking for
- Passionate, nurturing and dedicated work ethic
- Available for work as soon as possible
- A clear DBS
- Two years worth of references
