Job description
Are you a level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant or HLTA who is looking for a long term position in a mainstream school.We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has experience working with SEN children in a Key Stage 2 setting.
The school is based in a lovely area in South Birmingham which is close to many bus stops and there is plenty of car parking on-sight.
This school will offer on-going training and clear development programmes for the right person. The staff are friendly, helpful and there is a clear behavior policy in school to ensure all children are developed and included in all lessons.
You will need to have;
*NVQ level 3
*A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary setting
*Good oral, written and numeracy skills
*High expectations of all children
*The ability to enthuse and inspire children
*A commitment to improving outcomes for all children
*knowledge about how children learn and progress
*The ability to work as part of a team
*Willingness to go that extra mile
