Job description
Are you a passionate English Tutor with experience in SEN education? Are you looking for a full-time role where you can make a real difference in the lives of young people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated English Tutor to join a specialist SEN secondary setting in Chesterfield. You will be working with students who have a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges. Your role will be to deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
Requirements:
✅ Must drive - travel between sites may be required
✅ UK experience teaching Science in an SEN setting
✅ A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Strong understanding of SEN strategies and differentiated teaching approaches
✅ A patient, adaptable, and engaging teaching style
