Monday to Friday-Full Time
Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and creative SEN Design & Technology Teacher to join a welcoming specialist school in the Harborne area. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making DT accessible, engaging, and meaningful for students with a range of additional needs.
The Role
Delivering DT lessons tailored to students with SEND, including moderate to complex learning needs
Planning practical, hands‑on activities that build confidence, independence, and life skills
Working closely with support staff to ensure lessons are differentiated and inclusive
Creating a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment
Contributing to EHCP targets and supporting wider school initiatives

What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
