Job description
Are you passionate about SEN and have a strong pastoral background?The school I am recruiting for are looking for a Cover Supervisor to start a.s.a.p in their IEP Behaviour Room. The job is a full time position and will start with an initial trial period.
The school are one of four learning support units in Leicester and one of two City learning centres. The school have ambitious visions and high expectations for what every student and teacher can achieve. They pride themselves on working together like a big family, offering warm relationships and a tough love approach.
Working as a Cover Supervisor you will be expected to monitor the students and maintain the standards of the provision.
The work is pre-set so there is no teaching required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong pastoral background having previously worked in PRU or behaviour management units and be confident to trouble shoot issues.
