Job description
Aspire People are currently seeking an experienced teacher for a school in Uttoxeter, the school supports children that have complex SEMH needs.To be successful in this role you will have an outgoing and resilient personality and be able to use your own initiative; health and safety procedures and the welfare of the children are paramount.
The role will require patience and understanding and previous experience of working with children who display challenging behaviour is essential.
Aspire People is dedicated in helping to improve the education of children across the Staffordshire area, supporting local schools in finding the ideal staff that meet the needs of their school community.

To be considered for the position above you will need to have the following minimum requirements:
* Be qualified or have experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 Functional Skills
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
* A proven record of raising attainment and progress
* Experience of supporting pupils with SEMH or EBD is essential.
