Job description

We are recruiting for experienced Secondary HLTA's who are passionate about making a difference across all key stages.
You will need to be enthusiastic, dedicated and bring a 'can do' attitude to the role; you must also be confident in using your own initiative to build positive relationships. You must have the following:
*Previous experience in an educational setting
*Preferably a relevant qualification (such as Level2/3)
*Strong classroom management skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Motivation and resilience

You will be offered a competitive pay scale and I will be your dedicated consultant to guide you through the process. You will also receive a £100 bonus after working with us for 10 days alongside being eligible for our refer a friend scheme, where you can earn up to £250.
