Are you an enthusiastic science teacher specialist looking for a new challenge in Birmingham?I am recruiting for a science teacher to join a strong department and is looking for a new challenge. This full-time position requires someone who is confident teaching KS3 and KS4 students. The initial date for this role is to start from September 2022 and then finishing at the end of the academic year in 2023, but with my previous experiences there is always a possibility for the role to continue as it could be the start of a new established relationship. The school are always requesting the top teachers to return so why not have a role with some comfortability and help this school reach its targets.
As a company have been working with this school for 10 years which is recognised by the bond, we have with them. I have placed many teachers into this school some of which find it easier than others. A teacher that previously worked there stated "The science department know what they want. You will come across some challenging students but that will be in all schools now. I put my ability and experience to the test which has made me feel a lot better of knowing what I can achieve. This school has a vision of development and I believe whilst working there I helped them move close to achieving it." The staff they have is a key part of achieving success, so the school prioritise taking care of staff both permanent and temporary.
This full-time science teaching role will have expectations of whoever is taken on. The following is expected:
*A confident understanding of the science curriculum
*Phenomenal communication skills
*Assess, mark and plan lessons
*Provide progressive reports
*Attend department meetings
*Attend parents evenings
