Aspire People is working with an innovative secondary school in Manchester who are seeking a committed, seasoned receptionist to assist with the following duties on a long term basis.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all visitors to the school.
- Answer and route all incoming phone calls.
- Execute general administrative tasks throughout the school office, including utilizing the SIMS system.
- Manage general email accounts, addressing queries and directing inquiries as needed.
- Aid in maintaining contact records, encompassing student, staff, and trustee information.
- Produce mailing labels, order office supplies, and manage first-aid equipment.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience working in a school office, preferably with SIMS knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the Senior Leadership Team, teachers, students, and parents.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to oversee the daily operations of the school office.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time in an educational setting.
Candidates must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new DBS to be considered for the role.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
The position is currently temporary but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
