Job descriptionAre you a talented and professional School Finance Officer currently seeking a new opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent?
The schools I am recruiting for are looking for driven, talented and hungry School Finance Officers who are willing to work on a temporary, ongoing basis to help support their finance department. Applicants must have experience in school finance and be proficient on the school finance system FMS. The contracts that we have are to begin immediately and are a mixture of full and part time positions in Stoke-On-Trent.
As a full time school finance officer, the schools we work with will expect you to perform your duties to the highest standard. You will be expected to:
« Support the business manager in managing the finances of the school
«Processing invoices and orders
«Carry out tasks delegated to you by the Business Manager
«Contributing to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes
«Production and analysis of figures for the accountants for departmental heads
You will be supported by me, James Kearney. I am Aspire People's Senior Office & Technical consultant and have been supplying non teaching staff to schools in Stoke-on-Trent for the past 5 years.
