Job Title: School CleanerLocation: Telford, Shropshire
Hours:15.30 - 17.30, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.82-£14.52
Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and reliable School Cleaner to join a lovely school based in Telford.
The role will start on a temporary on-going basis but a flexible approach is required.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and sanitise classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and other school facilities.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust various surfaces.
* Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
* Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
* Follow health and safety guidelines and school policies.
Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a school or similar setting.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required (we can assist with this).
