Job description
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a School Business Manager to join an Ofsted "good " primary school in South Birmingham. We are looking for an individual who has experience in managing the Finance, Human Resources, Health & Safety and the day to day running of a school office. The school require a Business Manager with a proven track record of achieving excellence and has the drive to help the school towards 'outstanding' status.The role is to start as soon as possible due to the current Business Manager leaving at the end of August so applicants must be readily available for work or approaching the end of a contract.
This Birmingham school has achieved excellent results each year and is looking for a Business Manager who wants to join a fantastic team. You will be reporting directly to the executive Headteacher and be will be given full autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity to join an excellent 2 form entry primary school who have a brilliant track record. You must have school-based Business Management experience in order to be considered for this role.
Job Role:
*Financial accountability for the School
*Lead and manage Human Resources, Health & Safety, Admin and Finance staff
*Delivering CPD and training to staff members
*Attend SLT and school management meetings
*Act as the schools Health & Safety Lead
