Are you passionate about working with young people with additional needs?Do you have a compassionate and patient nature?
Aspire People are working with an impressive local specialist provision for children with a diagnosis of SEMH and other additional needs such as autism and ADHD. The school is an independent school that is part of a wider nationwide company that specialist in providing education to children with additional needs. Having visited the school the work they are putting in to providing students skills for life including vocational subjects such as hospitality, construction, hair and beauty as well as music technology suites along side their core subject education is truly impressive.
We are currently looking for a number of TAs for the school, we have Full/Part Time and casual roles available.
Requirements:
For this role it's not about your qualifications it's about you as a person and your personality. If you are someone who is passionate about working with students and have the patience to help them navigate the barriers to learning. This role is for you!
The only things we will need is:
Right to work in the UK
Living in an area that is commutable to Shifnal
Be willing to undergo a DBS check.
