SIMS & CMIS Receptionist

Aspire People are an established education agency who are looking to recruit an experienced School Receptionist to work within Schools in Derbyshire. We are currently looking to build a bank of high-quality staff to be ready for when schools reopen.

You must be able to work on a temporary basis, with a permanent contract considered for the right candidate. Applicants must have previous school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS and/or CMIS

You must also have a DBS issued within the last 12 months and signed up to the update service or be willing to pay £47.20 for a new DBS check that you can take to any education environment.

Being on reception you will be the initial contact for most parents and visitors and provide straightforward administration for the school. Applicants will need excellent internal & external communication and provide efficient administrative & financial support to the school, using IT and other resources.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Inputting details onto CMIS/SIMS
-Answering phones and taking messages
-Typing of letters and memos
-Filing, faxing, and photocopying
-Dealing with parents and pupils

You will be supported by me, Daniel Emery. I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant and we have been supplying non-teaching staff to schools in Derbyshire. Whether it is temporary or permanent work that you are looking for, then I will be able to assist you. I offer excellent rates of pay and I will be on hand to offer support throughout assignments.
