Position: Reception Teacher (Full-time)Location: Maghull, Merseyside
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Salary: £135 - £180 per day
Aspire People are working with a welcoming primary school in Maghull who are looking for a passionate and experienced EYFS Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant school that prides itself on a nurturing and inclusive environment. The team is dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for all children in the Early Years setting.
The role:
- Teaching a Reception class within a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment.
- Planning and delivering engaging, child-centred lessons that meet the developmental needs of all learners in EYFS.
- Using the Early Years Framework to support and extend children's learning, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
- Supporting children with additional needs, working closely with support staff to create tailored learning plans.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning and structured activities.
- Assessing children's progress and providing timely feedback to parents and staff.
What we're looking for:
* A passionate EYFS Teacher with experience in an EYFS setting.
* Availability full-time for the duration of the placement.
* Current DBS certificate on the Update Service.
* A reflective and flexible teacher who can adapt learning to meet the diverse needs of children.
* A compassionate, caring, and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to make learning fun and engaging.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
