Aspire People are seeking a passionate Reception Teacher to join a welcoming, forward-thinking school in Shrewsbury starting this September. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced educators eager to make a real difference.

The Role:
As a Reception Teacher, you will:
Deliver inspiring lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support children's development.
