About the Role:
Are you a passionate and experienced Religious Education (RE) teacher seeking a part-time position in Lichfield? Aspire People is looking for a dedicated educator to inspire students and contribute to their understanding of diverse religious and ethical perspectives. This role offers the opportunity to teach 3 days per week in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging, and well-structured lessons in Religious Education.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and assessment methods.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level.
Strong understanding of the RE curriculum and examination requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students through engaging lesson delivery.
