Year 6 Teacher - Kings NortonFull Time - Start ASAP
Pay Rate: £167-£232 per day

Aspire People is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Kings Norton. This full‑time role is available immediately, offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to guide pupils through their final year of primary school and prepare them for SATs and secondary transition.
Role Overview
Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons for Year 6
Prepare pupils for SATs with targeted support and intervention
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Track, assess, and report on pupil progress
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SLT, and parents
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and uphold safeguarding standards

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge learners
A proactive, organised, and supportive approach
