Job description
Are you a Qualified Teaching Assistant with a background in SEND that is looking for their next full time role?Aspire People are currently recruiting for a role at a school in the Stoke area - this role is working on a 1:1 basis with a child in KS2 who has Autism, and present challenging behaviour and anxiety.
The child spends most of their time within the classroom, however requires regular brain breaks out of the classroom, utiliising sensory resources.
This role starts ASAP - July 2025
Requirements for our Teaching Assistant Roles:
*Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification (or an equivalent for ratio purposes)
*Experience with children who have additional needs
*Experience within a Primary School (preferably 6+ months)
*Updated and clean DBS on the update service.
*The ability to inspire children.
*To work as part of a team
