I am currently recruiting for clients in Coventry, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa and more! They are looking to take on Qualified Teachers or ECT's (Early Career Teachers) that are looking to further their career in education, and invest in their students.
These schools are interested in taking on new staff to support their teams and ensure the academic success of their students, especially with the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had upon their education. Such roles are crucial to ensuring we shape young minds and build a brighter future for ourselves. Who wouldn't want to be a part of such an important task? -Have completed a PGCE or similar course, obtaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
-Have proven experience within the education environment, through placements and/or employment.
-Be willing and eager to work in education, with a desire to progress their career and work for competitive pay rates.
