Job description
Aspire People are looking for innovative educators to teach across the Shrewsbury area, working with various different schools, abilities and needs. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in the early education of young learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the national curriculum standards, assessing student progress, and creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive learning environment that encourages pupil engagement and achievement.
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
* Have an adaptable approach to each lesson, be prepared to tailor the work to suit the needs of your learners.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting pupil development.
