Position Overview:
As an Experienced EYFS/KS1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Your expertise in early childhood education and primary teaching will contribute to fostering a love for learning and supporting students' developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons tailored to EYFS and KS1 curriculum
requirements.
* Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration,
and active learning.
* Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to engage young learners and cater to diverse
learning needs.
* Assess students' progress through observation and formal assessments, providing feedback and
support.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support children's social, emotional, and academic
development.
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive and develop essential
skills.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
* Proven ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for young children.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
* Passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young learners'
development.
